  • What are the delivery charges for orders?

    For Koi deliveries we use APC as our trusted and secure courier and have been using them for 20 years +


    All Koi deliveries must be signed for by an adult 18years+


    Charges are as follows


    £29.99 next day delivery pre 12pm

    £39.99 next day delivery pre 10am


    Free delivery on all Koi orders over £700


    We ship koi on the following days only


    Tuesday delivered Wednesday

    Wednesday delivered Thursday

    Thursday delivered Friday


    No Weekendend deliveries are available


    Some areas of Scotland have a surcharge

    UK deliveries only


    All boxes are double walled very strong. Double bagged and only use pure BOC oxygen.


    All boxes are clearly labbed Live Fish and Handle with Care. Also full tracking service is available

  • How long will delivery take?

    Your koi will be delivered within 24 hours of shipping via our secure APC courier


    The day will be agreed with you via email or phone before shipping. A responsible adult will need to sign for the order. Please ensure you supply your full name, address including postcode and contact number(s)

    We only use PayPal as our trusted and secure method of payment. Our company policy is not to share any data with 3rd parties. No credit card details are held on any of our secure systems – your data is protected.

  • What exactly happens after ordering?

    We will send you an order acknowledgement email (Invoice) as soon as you have paid for your order. This email contains details of the product(s) you have ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery, an your order number. The order acknowledgement email is also your VAT receipt for your goods.
